Lozenets is a small seaside resort on Bulgaria’s Southern Black Sea coast, located approximately 60 km south of Burgas. The village was established in 1924 by residents of nearby Velika who decided to settle closer to the sea. Today, Lozenets is a popular summer destination combining a seaside holiday with the beautiful natural surroundings of Strandzha. The area is suitable both for visitors looking for a more peaceful atmosphere and for those interested in beaches, water sports, restaurants, and short trips to some of the most attractive places along the Southern Black Sea coast.
There are several different beaches around Lozenets - Central Beach, Coral Beach, Oasis Beach, Mechata Dupka, Small Beach, and Babeshki Beach. Each has its own character, ranging from lively beaches with various facilities to small and peaceful bays.
