To reserve a car, you need a credit or debit card. The required documents when renting the vehicle are: a valid driver’s license, a passport or ID card, and a physical credit card (Visa or Mastercard) in the driver’s name for the security deposit. The card must be valid for at least 30 days after the end of the rental period, and you must also know your PIN code.

The renter and all additional drivers must be at least 21 years old and have a minimum of 1 year of driving experience, except for drivers aged 30 and above. Renters between 21 and 23 years old are subject to a “Young Driver” fee. Certain vehicle classes may have restrictions.

Yes, you can. In the final step of the reservation process, there is an option to specify who will be driving the car.

You can drive with a license issued in another country. You must have regular and valid personal documents: passport/identity card and driver's license. In case you have a driver's license that is NOT issued by a member state of the European Economic Area (EEA) or the Swiss Confederation, you must provide an international driver's license or a legalized translation of an original SUMPS (the original driver's license must always be provided) and fill in a declaration on the spot at our office when issuing. An international driver's license can be applied for and obtained online on this page.

You can travel to neighbouring countries with your rental car, subject to a prior request and approval by TOP MOBILITY. Travel is permitted to Greece, North Macedonia, Serbia, Romania, and the European part of Turkey, including Istanbul.

An administrative fee applies depending on the vehicle class. The stated fee covers travel to one of the countries listed above. For each additional country, an extra fee equal to 50% of the fee for the first country will apply.

The deposit will be doubled. For more information, please visit this page.

After your request has been approved, you must send us the details from your passport/ID card and driving licence at least 1 business day before the start of your rental.
